Alerts

Alerts allow you to configure notifications for important events, conditions, or changes in your agents, wallets, or workflows.

Overview

Configure notifications for important events:

  • Create alerts for specific conditions
  • Define triggers (e.g., balance changes, transaction completion)
  • Set up alert actions (notifications, webhooks, etc.)
  • Monitor critical events automatically

Creating Alerts

  1. Go to Agent Settings > Alerts
  2. Click "Create Alert" or "New Alert"
  3. Configure:
    • Alert name and description
    • Trigger conditions
    • Alert actions
    • Notification preferences
  4. Enable alert
  5. Alert monitors for specified conditions

Alert Triggers

Balance Changes

Monitor wallet balance changes:

  • Balance increases above threshold
  • Balance decreases below threshold
  • Specific balance amount reached
  • Percentage change detected

Transaction Events

Track transaction activity:

  • Transaction completed
  • Transaction failed
  • Large transaction detected
  • Specific transaction type occurred

Agent Events

Monitor agent activity:

  • Agent action completed
  • Agent error occurred
  • Agent status changed
  • Specific agent event triggered

Custom Conditions

Define custom trigger conditions:

  • Data value changes
  • State transitions
  • Condition evaluations
  • Custom logic triggers

Alert Actions

Notifications

Send notifications when alerts trigger:

  • In-app notifications
  • Email notifications
  • Push notifications (if available)
  • SMS notifications (if configured)

Webhooks

Trigger webhook calls:

  • Send data to external services
  • Integrate with monitoring systems
  • Log to external systems
  • Trigger external workflows

Agent Actions

Execute agent actions:

  • Trigger specific agent tasks
  • Send messages to agents
  • Execute workflows
  • Perform automated responses

Alert Configuration

Conditions

Define precise trigger conditions:

  • Comparison operators (>, <, =, !=)
  • Logical operators (AND, OR, NOT)
  • Time-based conditions
  • Multiple condition combinations

Frequency

Control alert frequency:

  • Immediate - Alert on every trigger
  • Throttled - Limit alerts per time period
  • Once - Alert only once per condition
  • Custom - Define custom frequency rules

Severity

Set alert importance:

  • Critical - Immediate attention required
  • High - Important, should be addressed
  • Medium - Notable event
  • Low - Informational

Managing Alerts

  • View All Alerts - See all configured alerts
  • Alert Status - Check if alert is active or paused
  • Alert History - View past alert triggers
  • Edit Alert - Modify alert configuration
  • Enable/Disable - Activate or deactivate alerts
  • Delete Alert - Remove alert permanently
  • Test Alert - Manually trigger to test configuration

Best Practices

  • Set up alerts for critical events
  • Use appropriate severity levels
  • Configure throttling to avoid alert fatigue
  • Test alerts after creation
  • Review alert history regularly
  • Update alerts as needs change
  • Use webhooks for integration with monitoring tools
  • Combine multiple conditions for precise triggers
