Shortcuts are quick actions for frequently used workflows that appear in the chat interface for easy access. They allow you to execute common tasks with a single click or command.

Create quick actions for frequently used workflows:

  • Flow Shortcuts - Chat-based execution (agents execute via conversation)
  • Warp Shortcuts - Form-based execution (structured input forms)

Shortcut Types

Flow Shortcuts

Flow shortcuts are chat-based and allow agents to execute actions through natural conversation:

  • Triggered via chat interface
  • Agents execute via conversation
  • Flexible input handling
  • Natural language interaction

Warp Shortcuts

Warp shortcuts use structured input forms for precise execution:

  • Form-based input
  • Structured data collection
  • Clear parameter definition
  • Validation before execution

Creating Shortcuts

  1. Go to Agent Settings > Shortcuts
  2. Click "Create Shortcut"
  3. Define:
    • Name and description
    • Action to execute
    • Input parameters
    • Execution type (Flow or Warp)
  4. Save shortcut
  5. Shortcut appears in chat interface for quick access

Using Shortcuts

  • Shortcuts appear in the chat interface
  • Click to execute or use command
  • Flow shortcuts work through conversation

Managing Shortcuts

  • View All - See all created shortcuts
  • Edit - Modify shortcut configuration
  • Delete - Remove unused shortcuts
  • Reorder - Organize shortcut display order
  • Test - Verify shortcut works correctly

Best Practices

  • Create shortcuts for frequently used actions
  • Use clear, descriptive names
  • Provide helpful descriptions
