Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base allows you to upload documents that agents can reference to improve their context and responses. This enables agents to have access to specific information, documentation, or data that enhances their capabilities.
Overview
Upload documents (PDFs, text files) that agents can reference:
- Documents improve agent context and responses
- Agents can answer questions based on uploaded content
- Knowledge base is searchable by agents
- Multiple documents can be uploaded per agent
Uploading Documents
- Go to Agent Settings > Knowledge
- Click "Upload Document" or "Add Document"
- Select file (PDF, text files supported)
- Wait for upload and processing
- Document is available for agent reference
Managing Documents
- View Documents - See all uploaded documents
- Delete Documents - Remove documents no longer needed
- Document Status - Check if document is processed and ready
- Document Details - View document information and metadata
Best Practices
- Upload relevant, well-structured documents
- Keep documents up to date
- Remove outdated information
- Use clear, descriptive file names
- Organize documents logically
