Appearance

Desktop features ​

Desktop-only JoAi features beyond the web app.

Voice dictation ​

System voice control — push-to-talk (fn) / hands-free (fn fn). See Voice dictation.

Settings: Settings → Voice.

Clipboard ​

Encrypted local clipboard history on desktop. Open Settings → Clipboard.

Hotkeys ​

Global hotkeys (e.g. voice toggle, warp approve / decline, previous / next pending action with the arrow keys). Open Hotkeys from the user menu (page may not appear in the Team settings sidebar).

Meetings capture ​

Desktop auto-detect for Google Meet / Teams / Zoom — Meetings.

Workspace folder ​

Connect a local project folder via the Workspace chat control (desktop).

External links (websites, contacts, explorers, …) open in an in-app browser dialog on desktop instead of leaving the app. Use Open in browser in the dialog to hand the link to your default browser. Sign-in links (Google/Apple) always open in the system browser.
